Agricultural Revolution in India
Revolution means a complete change in methods, opinions, etc., often as a result of progress. Agriculture, being the primary keystone of human existence, has played an important role in global economic development.
The agricultural revolution is the name given to a number of cultural transformations that initially allowed humans to change from a hunting and gathering subsistence to one of agriculture and animal domestications.
Advances in biosciences took a great part in revolutionary changes. There are several agricultural revolutions took place in India as a result of discoveries, inventions, or the implementation of new technologies and changed the production scenario as well.
